Charles Bouveyron is an international, leading researcher in statistics, holds an INRIA Chair of Excellence in “Data Science” and is the Director of the Master of Science in “Data Science and Artifical Intelligence” programme at Université Côte d’Azur. His expertise lies in high dimensions and high volume data processing. Charles is also the Director of 3IA Côte d’Azur.

His research interests include:

– Statistical learning (clustering, classification, regression) in high dimensions;
– Adaptive statistical learning (uncertain labels, evolving distributions, novelty detection);
– Statistical learning on networks, functional data and heterogeneous data;
– Applications of statistical learning (medicine, image analysis, chemometrics, humanities,).
