Dr Marji Lines has over 20 years of teacher experience at university level in various fields, such as Mathematical Economics, Econometrics, Time Series Analysis and Advanced Macroeconomics.

Her research interests have varied over the years but most can be classified as applications of Dynamical Systems Theory to Macroeconomics.

Over her career, Marji has also co-authored a text on Non-linear Dynamics (Cambridge University Press), edited a book on Nonlinear Dynamics in Economics (Springer) and co-edited a book on Utility and Risk Theory (Reidel).

Finally she was scientific coordinator for three national research projects and organised or co-organised a number of international scientific meetings and was involved in the early organisational phase of the European Association of Environmental and Resource Economists as Secretary.
