Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, France continues to welcome international students from all over the world safely.
Depending on the country you are coming from and your vaccination status, the process to follow to enter French territory differs. Discover all the information needed to prepare your travel to France here.
Although the vaccination level is high in France (around 70% of the entire population), we recommend you to get fully vaccinated before leaving your country.
The good news is that even if you come from a “red” country (find out the list here), you may come for your studies.
International students coming from "red" country
Students coming from a “red” country can/must join the social security system before arriving in France.
If you are not vaccinated, you will be given a free vaccination appointment more quickly.
For all other students, please join your social security as soon as possible after you arriving to France in order to benefit from the French healthcare system.

Studying on DSTI campuses
As for DSTI, we will try to make this new entry as normal as possible. Our campuses will remain open and there will be no limited capacity to welcome on-campus students. In other words, all of our on-campus students will be allowed to come.
However, our team will comply with health protection rules from the Ministry of Higher Education.
- Respect of the protection gestures.
- Wearing a mask is mandatory.
- Strengthening hygiene.
