Our goals at Data ScienceTech Institute are first and foremost to ensure that our students and staff are safe, and that we support the measures implemented by the French government relating to the Covid-19 pandemic. Faculty and staff continue to work to ensure the smoothest possible operations under these exceptional circumstances.
Agile and judicious adaptation is needed to survive and thrive beyond these uncertain times on individual and institutional levels. While every aspect of life has been altered for us all, it is our students (both current and future) who have faced the most severe challenges. In response, DSTI has adjusted, offering flexible options in recognition of the disruptions to the student life as well as daily life.
DSTI’s Autumn 2020 entry will be delivered on-campus and off-campus (online). The school is committed to providing international students with a smooth transition and the support they need to succeed in this new environment.
If there are visa delays, international students can start school off-campus and then join later in December or January.
On-campus post-Covid-19 directives
Beginning from September, the students of the Spring 2020 cohort will resume classes on our campuses, respecting social distancing measures.
In November, new students will also be able to come and study on our campuses. Of course, they will not cross paths with students from the previous cohort.
Students are asked to not get closer than 1 metre to other people.
Prior to entering any of our campuses, students and staff on campus must wear a mask or face covering and use the hand sanitizer available at the front desk.
DSTI will increase the cleaning on frequently touched surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, tables & countertops, faucet handles, electronics, etc.) and public spaces (bathrooms, eating areas).
